Coordination with third party advisers and teams regarding the establishment of efficient tax and legal vehicles to achieve our clients’ commercial objectives.


Direct and timely involvement in negotiations with sellers;

Coordination of full due diligence process with independent advisors (property – valuation and technical, tax, finance, legal due diligence teams);

Facilitation of communication between client and seller on commercially sensitive issues.
