WARD STOCKER

Ward is a Partner of Victorios. Ward provides key strategic guidance for Victorios focusing on the Group's Acquisition, Investment and Development arms. Ward manages key client relationships and is responsible for the negotiation and closing process of investment transactions. 

 

Ward has over 25 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry having been a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield where he was in charge of their leasing and later capital markets operations across Central and Eastern Europe. Ward was later a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in Budapest and Zagreb, responsible for capital markets transactions across CEE and SEE.

Ward has worked on over €2 billion of single-tenant investment transactions across Europe with some of the highest profile tenant in the market. 

 

Ward has a Bachelor degree from the University of Aberdeen.
